23/11/2022 (Agence Europe) – The Court of Justice of the European Union partially annulled, on Tuesday 22 November, the EU Council decision (2019/1754) of October 2019 on the accession of the EU to the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement on designations of origin and geographical indications (case C-24/20) (see EUROPE B12343A7, B11349A11).
