After emergency consultation, the European Parliament should approve without much difficulty, on Wednesday 23 November, granting new macrofinancial assistance (MFA+) to Ukraine of up to €18 billion for the whole of 2023 and in the form of highly preferential loans (10-year grace period, assumption of interest estimated at €600 million per year from 2024) (see EUROPE B13064A3).
