08/11/2022 (Agence Europe) – The cities of Cordoba and Mérida (Spain), Grenoble (France), Hamburg (Germany), Ljubljana (Slovenia) and Skellefteå (Sweden) have been selected as finalists for the Access City Award 2023, the European Commission announced on Tuesday 8 November.
