European Commission consults on inclusion of new drug precursors in EU legislation regulating these substances

06/09/2022 (Agence Europe) – On 2 September, the European Commission launched a public consultation—open until 30 September—on a draft delegated act on new drug precursors that have appeared on the EU market and need to be added to EU legislation regulating these substances.
