Court of First Instance of Unified Patent Court will have local divisions

15/07/2022 (Agence Europe) – The Administrative Committee of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) announced, on Thursday 14 July, the creation of local and regional divisions of its Court of First Instance, upon oral request by Member States.
