5,266 cases of monkeypox reported through European Surveillance System

07/07/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) and the World Health Organization’s European Office (WHO Europe) have issued a joint surveillance bulletin on the monkeypox outbreak. As of 5 July, 5,266 cases of monkeypox have been reported in 28 states in the European region through the European Surveillance System TESSy.
