European Commission refocuses its technical support for reforms in light of Russian invasion of Ukraine

21/03/2022 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 21 March, the European Commission launched an additional call for projects under its EU Technical Support Instrument (TSI) to help Member States deal with the consequences of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
