25/02/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission published on Friday 25 February two implementing regulations amending countervailing and anti-dumping duties on certain woven and/or sewn fibreglass fabrics from China and Egypt. After investigation, the Commission decided to extend them to Morocco. It had received a request for an investigation from an association of European producers of fibreglass fabrics indicating that the products concerned were circumventing the regulations by passing through Morocco. These countervailing and anti-dumping duties are further extended to another category of products: fabrics made of rovings and/or continuous filament fibreglass yarns, woven and/or sewn. The countervailing duty amounts to 30.7% and the anti-dumping duty to 69%.
