Data governance agreement reached between EU Council and Parliament validated by European Parliament committee

On Monday 6 December, members of the European Parliament’s Committee on Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE) voted in favour of the agreement reached in the inter-institutional negotiations on data governance (DGA) (67 votes in favour, none against, seven abstentions). The EU Council and the European Parliament reached an agreement on the subject on 30 November (see EUROPE B12844A21).
