WTO reform and transatlantic relations to be focus of 11 November Trade Council

EU Trade Ministers will meet in Brussels on Thursday 11 November to discuss a number of issues, primarily labour, ahead of the 12th World Trade Organization (WTO) Ministerial Conference from 30 November to 3 December. 

The Trade Council is an opportunity for participants to exchange views on the expected results of the Ministerial Conference and on the reform of the WTO. The latter topic should be discussed in Geneva, as a first step to start work.
