European Commission submits parts of CAP secondary legislation to Member States

The European Commission has started to submit parts of the secondary legislation on the new Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) to the EU Member States. This was confirmed at the meeting of the Special Committee on Agriculture (SCA) on Monday 8 November.

The Commission is preparing a new draft implementing act on future national strategic plans (see EUROPE B12809A3).
