ACEA says draft EU Batteries Regulation risks undermining innovation in Europe

07/10/2021 (Agence Europe) – The European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association, ACEA, asserted that the draft Batteries Regulation (see EUROPE B12738A17) contains several “unintended shortcomings” that could hamper the innovation potential of European car manufacturers, in a position paper published on Wednesday 6 October.
