MEP Chrysoula Zacharopoulou EU candidate for Co-Chair of the COVAX Facility Shareholders Council

15/03/2021 (Agence Europe) – Chrysoula Zacharopoulou MEP (Renew Europe, France) is the EU’s candidate for the co-chairmanship of the COVAX Facility Shareholders Council, following the withdrawal of the German candidate. The UK and Norway are also in the running. The other co-chair is to come from a country from the southern hemisphere. The election will take place on Thursday 18 March. Voting will be by Covax member countries and institutions, which is led by WHO, GAVI and CEPI....
