EU denounces Tehran’s suspension of Additional Protocol

The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, underlined on behalf of the EU, on Thursday 25 February, the Union’s deep concern regarding Iran’s decision to suspend the provisional application of the Additional Protocol, as well as the additional transparency provisions provided for in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) as of 23 February 2021 (see EUROPE B12664A5).
