European Parliament approves decision to make 2021 European Year of Rail

On Tuesday 15 December, the European Parliament supported by a large majority (684 votes in favour, 9 against and 2 abstentions) the Interinstitutional Agreement concluded at the beginning of November (see EUROPE B12601A11) on the Commission’s proposal to make 2021 the European Year of Rail(see EUROPE B12439A7).
