EU denounces continued exploration activities in Eastern Mediterranean

The spokesperson for the European External Action Service denounced, on Wednesday 4 November, the publication of a new Navtex (maritime information system) by Turkey and the continued conduct of its seismic survey activities.

Turkey issued a new Navtex on Tuesday 3 November for an area in Cyprus’ Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) up until 16 February.
