Collective Redress Directive, Croatian Presidency of EU Council wants to maintain interinstitutional negotiations of 22 June

Negotiators from the European Parliament and from the EU Council, assisted by the Commission, are expected to meet on Monday 22 June for an interinstitutional trilogue on the proposal for a directive aimed at introducing, for the first time in the EU, minimum rules for offering collective redress procedures to consumers deliberately harmed by unfair practices by the same company infringing EU law.
