Belgium excludes companies linked to tax havens from its public aid programme

07/05/2020 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday, 6 May, the Finance Committee of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives approved a bill making public aid to companies conditional on tax warranties, thus following in the footsteps of Poland, Denmark, and France (see EUROPE B12473A33).
