Spanish judiciary calls for waiver of parliamentary immunity for Mr Puigdemont and Mr Toni Comín

10/01/2020 (Agence Europe) – Spanish magistrate Pablo Llarena has decided to uphold national, European and international arrest warrants against Catalan separatists Carles Puigdemont and Antoni Comín and to ask the European Parliament to suspend their parliamentary immunity, the Spanish Supreme Court said in a statement issued on Friday 10 January.
