Commission clears acquisition of joint control of Optimile by BNPPF, AGI and Touring

09/01/2020 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday, 9 January, the European Commission approved the acquisition of joint control of Optimile NV by BNP Paribas Fortis NV/SA (‘BNPPF’), AG Insurance NV/SA (‘AGI’) and Koninklijke Belgische Touring Club VZW (‘Touring’), all based in Belgium.
