Commission authorises formation of three joint ventures between Kennedy Wilson and AXA

18/12/2019 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission approved on Tuesday 17 December the formation of three joint ventures between Kennedy Wilson Holdings, Inc. ('Kennedy Wilson'), a company based in the United States, and the French group AXA. All three companies will provide real estate services in Ireland.
