European Parliament rapporteurs hope for “different approach” in EU Council to seal agreement on 2021-2027 financial framework

The European Parliament's rapporteurs on the EU's Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) for 2021-2027—Jan Olbrycht (EPP, Poland) and Margarida Marques (S&D, Portugal)—explained on Wednesday 11 December that they hoped for a change of approach in the EU Council so that an agreement could be reached (see other news).
