Many European countries, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, have not yet contributed to the replenishment of the Green Climate Fund for the period 2020-2023, CAN Europe laments. These countries are therefore invited by the NGO network to be generous, even if the Paris conference was successful in its fundraising on Friday 25 October, with $9.8 billion promised (see EUROPE B12357A2).
