Producer organisations strengthen the position of farmers, study confirms

24/10/2019 (Agence Europe) – A new study, commissioned by the European Commission and published on Thursday 24 October, confirms the benefits that producer organisations and associations of producer organisations offer to EU farmers. These organisations help to strengthen the position of farmers in the food supply chain while providing technical assistance to their members, confirms the study on producer organisations.
