Member States discussed suggestions for compromises on the multiannual financial framework 2021-2027

On Tuesday 15 October in Luxembourg, European Ministers for European Affairs discussed a 'working document' from the Finnish Presidency of the Council of the EU containing possible compromise proposals on the EU's multiannual financial framework (MFF) for 2021-2027 (see EUROPE B12347A1).

The General Affairs Council prepared the discussions for the European Council on 17 and 18 October, in particular on the sensitive subject of the next MFF.
