T&E is concerned about impact of autonomous cars on congestion and emissions

An unregulated arrival of autonomous cars on the European market could lead to an increase in the number of vehicles on the road and, consequently, an increase in CO2 emissions, warns a report by the Transport & Environment (T&E) association, published on Tuesday 24 September.
