General Court annuls EU Council's decision extending sanctions against Mr Yanukovych in 2018

On Tuesday 24 September, the General Court of the European Union annulled EU Council Decision 2018/333 extending sanctions from March 2018 to March 2019 relating to the misappropriation of Ukrainian State funds by former President Viktor Yanukovych and his son Oleksandr (Cases T-300/18 and T-301/18).
