Towards a green light in mid-April for negotiating mandates with United States

A large majority of Member States would like to validate the two negotiating mandates with the United States, on industrial products and conformity assessment, from the beginning of April. 

These negotiations would facilitate transatlantic trade, while avoiding an escalation of trade tensions (see EUROPE B12175A1).
