Provisional agreement on copyright reform threatened in European Parliament by a series of amendments

All amendments concerning copyright reform have been tabled for the European Parliament vote scheduled to take place in Strasbourg on Tuesday, 26 March. 

The EFDD Group has tabled an amendment rejecting the proposal (amendment 266). Article 13, on the value gap, is the subject of several deletion amendments: amendment 257 by the GUE/NGL Group, amendment 268 by the EFDD Group or amendments 265 and 269 supported respectively by 42 and 72 MEPs from various groups.
