European Parliament expects Brexit not to impact on EU 2020 budget

The European Parliament stated on Thursday, 14 March in Strasbourg that it expects the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the Union in March 2019 “not to have a direct impact on the 2020 budget, as the United Kingdom will contribute to, and participate in, the implementation of the budget” (see EUROPE B12209A24).
