01/02/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 1 February, the Member States' ambassadors to the European Union ('Coreper') adopted their negotiating position on the validity of certain air safety licences in the event of ‘no deal’ Brexit. This proposal for a European Commission regulation, presented on 19 December last (see EUROPE 12163), aims to extend the validity of these licences granted to British operators for nine months.
