17/12/2018 (Agence Europe) – With the general improvement of the economy in the EU and social conditions, European citizens are gradually regaining confidence in the European institutions, according to Eurofound, the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions, in a report published on Friday 14 December. The report shows that confidence in national institutions, on the other hand, was more "volatile", particularly in Eastern and Southern Europe, with a significant deficit in Spain, Cyprus, Greece, but also in Croatia and Bulgaria. On the other hand, the highest level of confidence is found in Finland, Denmark, Luxembourg and Sweden. Confidence in the national media is gradually recovering compared to 2011, with the notable exception of France and Slovenia. To view the full report: https://bit.ly/2QC8lgz. (PH)
