European Commission publishes legal texts of Withdrawal Agreement to finalise ratification process

05/12/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 5 December, the European Commission published the legal texts of the United Kingdom's withdrawal agreement as approved on 25 November by the Twenty-seven and the British leader, Theresa May (see EUROPE 12145). This publication allows the EU to sign and conclude the agreement so that it can enter into force on 30 March 2019.
