05/12/2018 (Agence Europe) – The European Community Shipowners' Associations (ECSA) and the World Shipping Council (WSC) welcomed on Tuesday 4 December the adoption of the position of the Member States at the Transport Council meeting on Monday 3 December on the establishment of a European single maritime counter system (see EUROPE 12151, 12149).
