Number of victims of terrorist attacks is decreasing worldwide and in Western Europe, according to GTI index

05/12/2018 (Agence Europe) – The number of deaths from terrorist attacks worldwide fell by 27% in 2017 compared to 2016, according to the Global Terrorism Index published on 5 December by the Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP), amounting to 18,814 deaths. This is the third consecutive decline, the study points out.
