19/11/2018 (Agence Europe) – The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Federica Mogherini, underlined on Monday 19 November that the Foreign Ministers had jointly called for ‘the formation of a government as soon as possible’ in Bosnia and Herzegovina, after a discussion on the country at their Council meeting. The ministers called on this government to focus ‘100% on the reform agenda’ and to reform the electoral law, she said. The High Representative added that the ministers had agreed to continue ‘very intensive work’ with all political leaders. The Western Balkans will be discussed at the December Foreign Affairs Council. While the country awaits its status as a candidate for accession, Ms Mogherini said that next month would be crucial in the country's European perspective. (CG)
