General Affairs Council. *EU27 format  : – Update on ‘article 7’ procedures on respect of rule of law vis-à-vis Poland and Hungary. – Preparation of European Council of 13-14/12 (examination of draft agenda). – Annual dialogue on rule of law. – Orientation debate on multiannual financial framework 2021-2027. – Presentation by Commission of its 2019 work programme and of subsidiarity package. – Presentation by Austrian Presidency and future Romanian Presidency of roadmap for European Semester 2019. – ECON : examination of draft report on sovereign bond-backed securities (SBBS).
