The European Parliament, strongly condemning the torture and murder of Jamal Khashoggi in the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, called on the EU on Thursday 25 October to stand ready to impose sanctions against those responsible for the murder of the Saudi journalist and to impose an arms embargo.
