10/10/2018 (Agence Europe) – Migration from Africa is an "incredible opportunity", the singer of the Irish group U2 told the press on Wednesday 10 October when he visited the European Parliament. He expressed his conviction that it was necessary to establish a new EU-Africa partnership "between equals". On the same day, the singer also participated in the first meeting of the high-level expert group meeting, which is expected to provide recommendations for improving bi-regional cooperation in areas such as trade, investment, the digital economy and migration management.
