Poland's Secretary of State for European Affairs, Konrad Szymański, and his Hungarian counterpart, Szabolcs Takács, announced on Wednesday 3 October and Thursday 4 October respectively that their country would challenge the legality of the Posted Workers Directive before the European Court of Justice (ECJ).
