The long awaited draft report by Geoffroy Didier (EPP, France) on the directive concerning the European system of collective redress has still not been presented. On Thursday 4 October, Mady Delvaux (S&D, Luxembourg) expressed her indignation at this, accusing the industry’s lobbying to be behind the delay.
