UK authorised to participate in eu-LISA, which is currently under review

26/09/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 26 September, the member state ambassadors to the EU approved the UK's request to participate in the new rules of the European agency for the operational management of large-scale IT systems in the area of freedom, security and justice (eu-Lisa).  The agency was given a new mandate in June 2017.  Under the current system, the UK's participation in the regulation is governed by Decision 2010/779.  Given its participation in Eurodac, Dublin and...
