Majority appears to be taking shape at European Parliament on railway passengers' rights and responsibilities

Although the European Parliament transport committee in June revealed differences of interpretation regarding the revision of regulation 1371/2007 on railway passengers' rights and responsibilities between the rapporteur, Bogusław Liberadzki (S&D, Poland) and the shadow rapporteurs (see EUROPE 12045), the latter appear to agree on obtaining a majority on the main points ahead of the continued discussions.
