Frans Timmermans says Warsaw's amendments to its most controversial legislation are still not enough to eliminate the risk of rule-of-law violation

On Wednesday 13 June, European Commission First Vice-President Frans Timmermans told MEPs in Strasbourg that the Polish authorities had still not responded to the Commission's core concerns about respect of the rule of law.
