14/05/2018 (Agence Europe) – On 7 May, the European Commission opened a partial interim review of the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of certain seamless tubes and pipes originating, inter alia, in Ukraine. The Commission received a request for review from Ukrainian steel manufacturer Interpipe Group, which alleges that with the significant changes in its production structure (making it a vertically-integrated group) and its range of products (now including high-end products), the continued imposition of EU anti-dumping measures at the existing level is no longer necessary to offset dumping.
