European Chemicals Agency must adhere by procedural rules on registration of chemical substances

In a decision delivered on Tuesday 8 May in Case T-283/15, the judges at the General Court of the European Union held that the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) should simply adhere to the rules included in Regulation 1907/2006 on the registration, evaluation and authorisation of chemicals substances (REACH Regulation) when assessing the registration compliance of this kind of substance.
