On Friday 4 May, the General Court dismissed the action for damages brought by 1,439 people following the adoption of the ‘RDE tests’ regulation (2016/646), laying down the upper emission limits for oxides of nitrogen, in the context of new tests under real driving conditions to which car builders must submit light passenger and commercial vehicles (T-197/17).
