Jorge Arreaza Montserrat criticises EU's refusal to observe presidential elections in May

On Wednesday 11 April, Venezuela's Foreign Affairs Minister Jorge Arreaza Montserrat spoke in Brussels of his disappointment about the European Union's refusal to send an electoral observation mission for the presidential elections that will take place in his country on Sunday 20 May.
