On Tuesday 20 March, Montenegro's Deputy Prime Minister and Justice Minister Zoran Pažin said he hoped his county could open the last remaining negotiation chapters this year with a view to his country joining the EU. Montenegro has already opened 30 chapters and provisionally closed three.
