EU advisory mission extended on territory

07/03/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 7 March, the EU advisory mission in Ukraine (EUAM) opened a new regional presence in Odessa.  This is the third opening of a regional presence, following those of Kharkov and Lvov in 2016.  The headquarters of the mission have been based in Kiev since its creation in 2014.  The objective of the EUAM is to help the Ukrainian authorities reform the civilian security sector through strategic advice and practical support.  In the short term,...
